Company accepts telegraphic transfers (T/T) to our bank account (bank details can be found in any invoices issued by Japan Motor). In addition we work with L/C payments as well.

How long does it take for car to arrive to my destination ?

From purchase date it takes 4-8 weeks for arrival depending on destination, port. We will do our best for fast shipping.

Can I find and purchase LHD vehicles from auto auctions ?

Answer

Yes, japanese love LHD both old and new timers. However number of units is limited. Company will assist you to find desired cars.

Can I cancel my purchase ?

Answer

Yes you can, but depending on cancellation time some charges may occur.

Which counties are you able to ship cars to ?

Can I buy spare parts from Yahoo auction or other online shops ?

Yes, you can buy spare parts through Yahoo auction or other online shops, however we need to check beforehand the possibility of send by post, DHL, EMS to your country.

Can I pay with credit card ?

Yes, if you are registered in PayPal system. We accept payment through PayPal.

Who covers bank transfer fees and PayPal commission ?

The Buyer is responsible to cover all fees and commision. Please consult with your bank about exact amount you would like to transfer.

How long it takes for payment to be reflected in my Japan Motor page after TT date or Paypal payment.

For TT it takes from one to three business days for international transactions. For Paypal payment it takes only 10 minutes to confirm payment.
